Since 2013 swiss mail solutions (SMS) has been dedicated to keep highest professional standard in logistics. With facilities in Austria, Serbia and Hong Kong, and modern warehouses in Belgrade and Bratislava, we established a vital link to both EU and Non-EU countries.
Alongside order fulfillment services, we offer distribution services, warehousing, LVCR solutions, worldwide Import/Export, IT Support, Pick & Pack, and Printing & Lettershop. Our policy include full transparency, perfect returns handling and customized cross-border solutions.

When goods are imported into a European Union country from a non-EU territory, goods may be subject to customs duty, excise duty and value-added tax. We provide our clients administrative relief, known as Low Value Consignment Relief, or LVCR. It is an optional VAT relief designed to speed up the transit of low value goods through the mail, which might otherwise be delayed by customs, and also reduce the cost of tax collection where it might not be practicable.
