Bienvenue – a novel voice to welcome French customers

Swiss mail solutions evolves steadily in order to meet and master the challenges of new projects. Therefore, support in the form of new team members is always welcome. Fatoumata has joined us recently. As a vital part of the customer care team she attends to French-speaking customers. The young woman traces her roots to the Ivory Coast, which makes her the ideal candidate for this job. As a native speaker, she handles requests and inquiries in fluent French. Fatoumata can perfectly respond to customers’ queries in their own language, making them feel at home and most welcome.

Fatoumata greatly enjoys her work, as she likes to talk to and help people. Above all, she can make use of her consummate language skills as a native speaker. To Fatoumata her family is at least as important as her job though. She is married and has a little daughter. One of her pet hobbies is cooking. Her family probably appreciates Fatoumata’s culinary delights. Nevertheless, cookery books are not her favorite type of reading. Fatoumata is fond of novels. In the summer season, however, her wanderlust awakes. Then she replaces fictional places with the real world and explores beautiful landscapes on foot. Hiking, she enjoys the sun’s rays touching her skin and the fresh air that surrounds her. She can also discover lovely spots and find beauty in nature.
